Making of Elsa’s Under Shirt

Continuing along with this costume. To make Elsa’s undershirt, I continued using Very Sophisticated Pattern Making Technology.

Repeat for the back and sleeves. Sew together.

Pinning tulle is a bit of an exercise in futility.
